Packaging was excellent and no damage. This Ebike was easily assembled and ready to use within. 15 minutes. Well constructed and actually well designed. I took it out for a quick ride and was amazed with ease to get on and off. I did opt to get the better more comfortable seat which was worth the price! I own an i7 pro and decided to purchase the u7 after 8 months of ownership on the i7. I use the bike primarily for commuting 11 miles each way to work almost every day weather permits. Basket is very high quality. BUT BE CAREFUL to check if you have the right rack for it. If your rack has no holes in the bars across the top you will need to buy the more expensive kit that has the rack. Unfortunately the website isn't clear on this. I will say that Vitilan was able to send me the rack for the difference in price when I contacted them of this. One more note. I weigh 230, 5'9" and it carries me uphill no problem. It's fast and powerful. I've put over 500 miles on this bike riding to work 6.5 miles each way and it's holding up great. I did have to put the green tire slime in the tubes after 2 flat tires and haven't had a problem since. I can get about 13 miles riding full blast on level 5 and over 50 miles on level 1 pedal assist. The only criticism is that even on level 1, it's very fast.
