Fantastic that I can get a replacement part for basically anything on this bike which will allow me to maintain in especially in the case of a crash.
My only negative would be how long it took to get the part however it was around the holidays and the part had to come all the way from China so it is mostly understandable.

Every thing is fine except the rear rack is bent. Or the mounting holes on the bike are not in line. I can take it off and put it in a vice and try and bend it so it sits better.
However I feel I should not have to. I don't think it was damaged in shipping, no damage on outside of box.

I had a great time riding it for about 10 months or so. My problem started when I struck a rock that damaged the wire that provides the power to the motor core. Unfortunately, this crucial connection is not protected; there is no shield to protect this most important connection from damage. I'm waiting for the motor core that your company is sending me to fix this problem.

Easy to install. Looks great on bike and holds cargo pack perfectly. Tail light is awesome but it should have directions on where the plug is for it. I found it behind the left pedal, you have to remove all the screws and you will find the wiring harness for it.
