I had some adjustments to make out of the box. The front fork had play in it and the handle bars did too. I figured out how to tighten them but there was no documentation on how to do that. I have a Vitilan I7, which I ride a lot and really enjoy. Great bike! Anyway, I recently had a mishap which broke the kickstand. I realized that not having a kickstand is a much bigger issue with an ebike than with a regular bike. I was having trouble locating a replacement that would fit my bike, so I contacted Vitilan customer support. Was hesitant to purchase the original T7 due to video reviews indicating underpowered, etc. Once the T7Pro was available I jumped all over it. Fantastic bike. Bike is solid few little things could be improved but solid all around. Had a broken display when it arrived received a new one in about 2 weeks installed it today very easy 2 screws and a plug and good to go. It has a small vibration noise around 13 mph which I traced back to the clip in the middle of the bike that locks the fold. The order process and fulfillment process was excellent. The bike shipped within 30 hours and received 5 days later. When I removed the bike from the shipping box (no damage) and assembled it (90% already assembled) the gears were not working correctly, the chain was wrapped around the rear sprocket and the front pedal sprocket was bent causing the chain to get stuck when peddling. One thing with back basket when the holes line up and you secure it then you can not take out the battery it is in the way (not good) so i had to take it off...I do not want to install it going across because then it sticks out to much on the sides so there needs to be more holes to attach it a little further back to be able to take out the battery so now in order for me to do that I have to use zip ties just to move it back some and secure it that way since there's no there holes to do that.
