I gave this medallion to my spouse in celebration of one year sober. It is a representation of her favorite place to be - the beach. This will be the first time we go without her under the influence of alcohol.

I cannot wait for my sponsor to give this to me. It is absolutely a beautiful coin and expresses all the new and changed in me. I identity so much with the Tree of Life and the Celtic knots. Truly excited!!!!

I bought this medallion for my husband. (As you can guess based on the number of years, I have bought him many!) When I opened this one, I said to myself, "Wow! That is awesome!" I bought this coin for my husband who recently celebrated 26 years of sobriety because his AA home group was not sure if they had a 26 year piece. It was a last minute purchase and it arrived on time. This particular coin does have the darker color finish but it served the purpose for celebrating just fine.

I had relapsed after 16.5 years, finally told my group at 3 months sobriety, but “too hard” to get my 6,9,12 months medallion, but finally felt “on the road again” to active recovery now, snd received my 18 months. One day at a time.

I love this coin! As you can see, the graphics are very crisp and clean and a nice representation of flames. I like that the flip side has an associated saying instead of the serenity prayer also. This was purchased as a gift for a woman in program who had been an inspiration to me. I wanted to show her how much her recovery journey has inspired me, and others. She received it on time, with the velvet box and shared the photos of this beautiful coin , a piece of art with me. The coin was delivered from the AA Medallion Store to her in tack.
