There have been problems the previous 2 years getting my coins, the customer service reps worked so hard to help me, and I gained a lot of respect for all they did. This year the post office finally figured out who I was and where I live and my coin came to me quickly and beautifully. I am convinced it was because of a great group of customer service reps. The contacted me every couple of days updating the delivery date. Thanks, you're a great group.
