Hatch green chilies are the best in the world. Hatch green chili flakes are wonderful to mix with Hatch red chili flakes and they will go fantastic on tamales and soups on tacos and any other wonderful dishes that you choose to make. I would prefer them if they were ground up a little bit more, but nevertheless, they are still wonderful just as they are.

This is the Best Tasting Jalapeno Pepper Dust/Powder I have found anywhere!!! There are Competition Brands on the Market which are good, but lack the in-depth flavor Sonoran Spice Jalapeno Pepper Dust/Powder does which puts Sonoran Spice Brand them as my "Top Number: 1!!!"

Fatalli sauce is my favorite...lots of citrus flavor in addition to lots of heat. Hard to find too. I've ordered this a couple of times. The last one was quite thick with pulp, this one is looser with more liquid, but both taste fine. One quibble is a white disk glued into the cap as a leak seal...it falls right out. Need a better glue.

Good product. I purchased it to add some heat to my wings and although subtle, it does provide the great. The more you eat, the more it kicks. I will buy again. Down side, I put it in seasoned flower in a shaker that dusted everywhere. It went into my nose and I couldn’t stop sneezing. Definitely more potent that cayenne as it’ll burn you face. I'm in the Pacific Northwest so we can have challenging weather but even in a greenhouse and buying the plants direct from a farmer couldn't make it happen for this price.
