I bought this as a gift and the ghost pepper salt. We keep 1 on one table and 1 on another so that at every meal 1 of them is available. That's how much the person has enjoyed them. It definitely competes with some other salts and powders that this person and the family have tried over the years.

I've been a huge fan of Tears of the Sun for years now. A medium heat sauce that packs a lot of flavor. The scoville rating varies from 50,000 to 250,000. Using orange habanero peppers, it combines mango, pineapple, pear and papaya, giving it a perfect tropical flavor that works well with just about everything I've tried it on. My favorite is with eggs or on a poke bowl. You will not be disappointed with this sauce!

I have a small shed in the back yard that has had rats, opossums, and raccoons in residence under it. I do not want to poison or kill them, so I scatter ghost pepper powder at the entry points. It works! They are gone, thanks to the strong, irritating stuff. I need to reapply every 2 months or so, but this is the most humane way to get the critters to move out. We ran out of Bone Suckin' Sauce Chicken Seasoning & Rub recently. We couldn't find it at any local stores however, an internet search showed Sonoran Spice had it, and at a reasonable price. I have been spicing up my food with Ghost Pepper flakes for over a year and wow does it bring out the flavor! Be careful not to use too much or you will be on fire. One bottle will last all year and I use it to spice up soups, stews, gumbo, meat loaf, just about anything. I even tried it on ice cream! Really looking forward to enjoying the Trinidad and Carolina Reaper.

I got the 5 pack of pepper powders. They are wonderful. Super hot the way I like them. Buying them instead of peppers is better because the powders and flakes don't go bad . They have good flavor. Next time I'll buy the flakes. If you haven't tried them yet you should try them. 5 stars for the pepper powders.

This stuff is really great. I am already recommending it to my friends. The last time I purchased chipotle in powdered form it was from Amazon and I discovered that while it was labeled as chipotle it was some other variety of pepper than jalapeño, it was not finely ground, and it was bitter. So, I have tossed it in favor of Sonoran Chipotle powder.

I use your peppers to make ghost pepper jelly. Everyone loves it and always ask for more. This year I used them in my Chex Mix also. Only needed a half of one but it put a real kick in the buttery spices I used over the cereal and other items used in my mix. This pack is awesome! I add flavor to burgers, breakfast burritos, fajitas, almost everything. Start out with just a little and add more as you get comfortable with it. When I use the ghost pepper in burgers, I drizzle the burger with some honey, top it with a pineapple ring and melt a slice of pepperjack over the top. The ghost pepper opens your taste buds and you get a rush of sweet flavor, so amazing!

These Carolina Reaper flakes are great if you enjoy super-hot peppers and want to buy in bulk to spice up your daily cuisine. I prefer buying the flakes rather than the powder because I'm less likely to have airborne particles wind up stinging my eyes.

I LOVE Red Jalapeno Powder! Finally, a spice that is moderately halfway hot and has poignant great nutty taste! When I buy jalapeno's, most have ZERO taste but some are barely warm. So disgusted I now grow my own. With Red Jalapeno Powder I am able to add this to eggs, chicken soap, fish soup, and other dishes to greatly enhance flavor and if I want a little heat add a little more.

This stuff is fire. I ordered it just to have as a refill for my key goes chili inserts and randomly grabbed it one day for a dinner instead of my normal pepper grinders. While I wish that the holes for shaking were a bit smaller, they did ensure I got plenty of the powder on my food and it was indeed hot af. Very happy customer and now have a LOT more use cases for this.

The most flavorful sauce I think I have ever tasted. Not too hot for me. Just right for a lot of foods I pout it on. From Mexico to Asian, chicken and stakes, and everything else including salads.
