I had ordered a 50×40 Cm custom diamond painting for a family friend who lost first her son and then 2 months later her husband. When I was emailed the preview, I wasn't happy with how the profiles of the subjects appeared so I messaged Made with Diamonds Customer Service. They agreed and suggested I go up in size to a 60×60cm. I couldn't be more elated in how it's coming together! It's as though Father and Son are smiling back at me from Heaven. Thank you for your suggestion to go bigger for it...

I have bought the first model from made with diamonds some months ago and I got quite disappointed. This new model is much more better compared to the original one. They resolved the press and hold issue where you had to hold the button in order to make it work. The noise is improved but still a bit noisy for me. If you can make it quieter, I would consider praising it to anyone. I also have small hands and the pen grip is a bit too big for me. Made with diamonds sent it to me for free in exchan...

I am very pleased with this item. The best thing about the diamonds is that they are square-shaped instead of being round- shaped, this means that there are no spaces showing between the diamonds on the canvas. The scene is life-like and beautiful. the only problem I have had is that the folding of the canvas for delivery caused some of the sticky glue on the canvas in the centre of the canvas to stuck together, and so the glue had come off, but my way around it was to buy some clear double-side...
