I’m not too technical so if I could I would send a photo. I am thrilled with this picture. I am half way through completing it and so far so good. This will be three in my cat pictures, the other two are fantastic and this seems to be keeping up the roll! So far I have completed 12 crystal art pictures all of which are lovely. 10/10 I love the rendering and the quality. The drills are nice and come with everything you need. The only issue is the small gaps but you can't see it when you look at the picture as a whole.

I haven't got to do it yet. I got the picture because it was a little boy with Jesus. It made me think about my grandson who passed away when he was 4 months old. I am in the process of finishing a picture and as soon as I do I will start on this picture I can show you when I finish it.

Colors are completely different from the picture in the web site and dots are hard to separate because they glued together, some are too small and some are too big, not equal, most went to trush.

I only have a few issues (nothing negative)I wish they could give you a better sizing guide to follow. Also a preview of the custom piece would be great and better communication with shipping. Other than that my custom piece looks just like the original picture it's just bigger than what i thought. I have it tape off in sections. Since i have an approximate time of shipping will i know what to expect. Will be working with this company in the near future for sure. Thanks again..

I had only used poor grade Diamond art paintings from Amazon. I had heard about you through Heaven and Earth Designs. I am beyond amazed and thrilled with my product. The drills actually sparkle, I have not found a broken one yet, and the drills are kitted for you in zipper bags. You have gone above and beyond, and earned a repeat customer!

I complained this canvas was FOLDED when I received it and was told it will straighten out once I put the diamonds on it. We'll it didn't. I had it under some heavy tiles about 6 months BEFORE I even worked on it to try to straighten it out. And as you can see, it is still creased and I am not happy with this. So much work put into this and to have those creases in it is unacceptable!!!

The picture of my granddaughter looks nothing like the one l expected, she has brown skin not white and her dress is supposed to be sunshine yellow, not pale yellow and flesh tone, you can't tell where her neck ends and her dress begins. Her face looks like she has clown makeup on, l spent too much and waited too long to get this. I am so upset, I am going to trash it.

Really?? Attached original photo and what has been completed on canvas. Thought I had a white/black dog but guess your designers thought otherwise. I know there are some shadows but why so dark? Makes the dog look like every color but.......... HATE THIS PROJECT. I can already see that the face color is going to be dark also with alot of red/pink. This is the third project I've worked on a diamond painting project and all but the first one came out ugly as hell. Crazy last time I even try...

The picture I received was awesome. However, I didn’t realize there were round and square beads. I got square and I wanted round beads. I am trying to contact the company and see if I can get round beads to match my picture. We will see what happens.
