I have done about 15 Diamond Kits in this same size, purchased from 3 other companies before ordering from your company. I really like your canvas and color coordination with the drills. What really bothers me (and I've never had this issue before with any other comany) is that SO MANY of your drills are still connected or stuck together. I never received my order. It was a Christmas present. After arriving and clearing customs it was never picked up by courier. I was offered to re place the order or get a refund. I opted to replace the order. Two days later I get an email from your company stating the courier has it and should be updating the tracking.
