The frame that came with it, was the wrong size and caused splinters, while assembling it. The actual gems were all different sizes, making it real difficult to line up the rows. I will not be buying again from this company. Thank you

Disappointed with a recent purchase. Have emailed & messaged you (21. JAN 2026) but no response. Item purchased was damaged on arrival, I have aleady sent a photo of the damage. There are not enough beads to complete the project, therefore, the item is useless. Will not buy from your site again , will definitely not recommend your website. Shocking customer service
