Picture seems nice just very disappointed in the amount of time it takes to receive the item. So if you need it in a reasonable amount of time I would look at another company unless they can fine a better and quicker way to send their products.

It was kind of expensive for the size compared to other kits I’ve bought, but I really liked the image. The quality of the canvas though is really good. It’s not as plastic-y feeling and the back feels slightly flocked. The negative part (and why it’s 4-star instead of 5) is the drills were packaged in tiny ziplock type bags. I finally realized the product and I really enjoy it. The only issue that I had was how long it took to get to me. This could be my mistake but it took almost a month to actually receive the product and maybe that was stated somewhere but I didn't see it. However, I would purchase again. It was simple and really did do the trick of keeping my mind focused.

This is very handy for utilizing multiple colors. The only small dislike is the item was folded in half and it doesn't sit flat now that it's been opened up. Perhaps time will help with that. Happy with the purchase regardless.

I found a delay was not advised to me until I asked for delivery details. The delay was due to Chinese New Year. It may have been helpful to advise customers that because of the shut down products would be delayed in transit. This was relevant to the Chinese side of the transaction. All was well in the end. Delivery within UK was very good. I am looking forward to many hours of creating another lovely picture. Are the any suggestions on how to use the two different tools?

Picture was so off color. Vehicle in picture is obviously Snow White! What I got is a very beige vehicle. Other areas are so far off also. I have sent an email to give me a refund. Also I ordered another picture of a dog and I want that canceled and refunded as well. Please respond.

The pattern I received was not the one one the website picture. It lacked the tree detail in the upper left corner. The kit number was not the one I originally ordered previously. I didn't know there were 2 different Purple Ocean patterns. I also ordered a larger size and it came without the tree detail shown in the website picture and was also a different pattern number from the one I originally ordered. The pattern without the tree in it does not show on the website.
