The fitting guide is really easy to follow but there is always someone on hand to guide you through the process if you have any queries. The quality of the blinds are excellent with no fraying on the edges which I’ve had from past experience from another company. I’m very happy with this purchase. The Installation and remote programming instructions were both straight forward. My only challenge was that the screws that were included to attach to the wall were much too short if you’re screwing them directly into studs (only 1”). They probably would have been okay if using the drywall anchors but I wanted it to be more secure. Just a warning that you will want longer screws if drilling directly into studs. The blind is fantastic! It does a good job of blocking out the light and is much better than the curtains I had before for ease of use. If you want a complete block of outside light inside the window frame would not be a good choice. Some light around the edges is not an issue for me. My only complaint is that there is not app from Smartwings to unlock more options for use. Google Home does not yet support schedules with these blinds. The overall experience was excellent. The online ordering was easy. Contact with customer service was quick and efficient. Delivery was quick (Less than 2 weeks). The documentation/manuals were easy to follow. I like that printed copies were provided so I did not have to find them and print. The installation was easy because of the good design.
