This is my second hat from Crafters Lab and my second one came out better than my first. And I love my first hat also, I just switched companies so I had to get a new hat for my company. I will be ordering all my hats from these guys. The customer service is top-notch!! Awesome company, awesome product!! Love the detail in their work.

This hat is for the working man it has a tough material like a Carharrt Jacket. Metal hoops all the way around. Live the patch good quality colors always top notch the k ly place I buy my hats from!

The leather logo cut out was exactly what I was looking for. I think the hat came out looking sharp and cannot wait to sport it when serving up delicious grub.

I ordered a custom hat for my boyfriend with a patch of their new band logo. It arrived early and it turned out perfectly! The colors are exactly as they should be, the custom shape looks amazing, and the patch is a good size! Not only does my boyfriend love it (and he’s worn it every day), but every member of his band now wants the exact same hat!

The camo cap looks awesome, fits just like I expected, and the material feels really good. The design came out exactly how I wanted. The only thing is the leather patch is not sewn on, it’s a great-looking cap overall.

Bad ass hat!!! I’ve dealt with other companies. It just makes everything about buying hats so complicated but this was completely smooth really easy. They made an adjustment to what I wanted on the design love it. I’ll be buying a lot more.

Great quality! Lots of options, great quality and fair pricing. I wish they had a digital mock up on their site so you can see what your logo will look like in real time.

Ordered a single hoodie to trial for our company, now everyone is jealous! Quality is absolutely amazing, hoodie is warm and soft on the inside! They did a great job finding a color for our logo to make it really pop against the duck camo! Customer service was absolutely awesome too! 10/10 will be ordering for the rest of our company!

After looking around online at several different companies, these guys were the only ones that would allow me to make a custom straw hat and only have to order one versus a minimum. They worked with me. I’m getting the design that I wanted with the background before production and I received emails relatively pretty quickly until the proof was approved. I will definitely be ordering these for all of the guys at my Station for the holidays

The whole process was easy, from start to finish. I appreciated that you can have a proof made before they start putting the hats together. I am interested to see the longevity of the patch since it’s not sewed on, but it does make for a super clean look. Definitely worth the money, I look forward to ordering more hats in the near future.

Absolutely love the hat, it turned out awesome. As an adult with a small head I would love more youth option designs to choose from but I understand from a business aspect why there isn’t more options.

Purchased this hat as a gift for a 7 year old hockey team! Crafters Lab was so easy to work with! They took my thought and made the perfect patch for the hat! It was so popular I ended up making another bulk purchase for all the Dads that wanted hats! Great customer service and fast shipping!

I love how it turned out ! The design looks very clear and crisp. I ordered just the patch to put on a specific hat of my choosing and the leather is soft and flexible making it conform very nicely when attaching to the hat. I am overall very pleased!
