This is my second hat from Crafters Lab and my second one came out better than my first. And I love my first hat also, I just switched companies so I had to get a new hat for my company. I will be ordering all my hats from these guys. The customer service is top-notch!! Awesome company, awesome product!! Love the detail in their work.

Great fit, right out of the box! The logo was a perfect replication of our Family Hunting Club's logo! A job well done and a great value. Love the hat!

This hat is for the working man it has a tough material like a Carharrt Jacket. Metal hoops all the way around. Live the patch good quality colors always top notch the k ly place I buy my hats from!

I ordered a custom hat for my boyfriend with a patch of their new band logo. It arrived early and it turned out perfectly! The colors are exactly as they should be, the custom shape looks amazing, and the patch is a good size! Not only does my boyfriend love it (and he’s worn it every day), but every member of his band now wants the exact same hat!

The camo cap looks awesome, fits just like I expected, and the material feels really good. The design came out exactly how I wanted. The only thing is the leather patch is not sewn on, it’s a great-looking cap overall.

Bad ass hat!!! I’ve dealt with other companies. It just makes everything about buying hats so complicated but this was completely smooth really easy. They made an adjustment to what I wanted on the design love it. I’ll be buying a lot more.

Ordered a single hoodie to trial for our company, now everyone is jealous! Quality is absolutely amazing, hoodie is warm and soft on the inside! They did a great job finding a color for our logo to make it really pop against the duck camo! Customer service was absolutely awesome too! 10/10 will be ordering for the rest of our company!

After looking around online at several different companies, these guys were the only ones that would allow me to make a custom straw hat and only have to order one versus a minimum. They worked with me. I’m getting the design that I wanted with the background before production and I received emails relatively pretty quickly until the proof was approved. I will definitely be ordering these for all of the guys at my Station for the holidays

The leather logo cut out was exactly what I was looking for. I think the hat came out looking sharp and cannot wait to sport it when serving up delicious grub.

Absolutely love the hat, it turned out awesome. As an adult with a small head I would love more youth option designs to choose from but I understand from a business aspect why there isn’t more options.

This place is amazing! The customer service is incredible!! I ordered a few items and they all turned out spectacular! Knowing that human mistakes are normal, There was just a minor issue that I emailed them about, and it was just minutes before they replied and had replacement on the way!!! Can’t ask for a better experience!

Couldn't be happier with how easy this was. I was worried the logo wouldn't be the right format, and I added a bunch of notes for how I wanted to have it .... they did great. Literally no drafts - got it right the first time. Also, had an issue with shipping and reached out when we didn't receive item. They literally re-made it the same day and sent it out. So impressive. The whole process was easy, from start to finish. I appreciated that you can have a proof made before they start putting the hats together. I am interested to see the longevity of the patch since it’s not sewed on, but it does make for a super clean look.
