It's a great hat, high quality, great feel, I love it so much. The only thing I'm kind of unsure about is that the patch is not stitched to the hat, it's just glued and it doesn't seem to be super strong glue so eventually, I assume it's possible it'll come off. But I can't really expect everything perfect from a high quality custom hat for the low price. This is my second hat from this company already and love it and will be buying more in the future.

I don't think the experience could have gone any smoother. I uploaded a logo image and within 48 hours had the proof returned and approved. The leather ear tag is much better quality than I expected there is even an actual rivet that is going through to the inside of the hat. Even though the tag isn't stitched on the engraved boarder around the tag gives it a great finished look. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely be ordering more!
