Great fishing pants and wanted to share sizing info. These are very comfy and warm with the thin fleece lining. Warm is an understatement, they really do the trick. There was little to no sizing info available and I guessed by ordering XL - they fit (L may or may not also have worked). I am 6'0" and about 185 lbs (dropping 10 lbs or so lately). Just Opened my package :) 5 pc rod breaks down to fit the case that's just shy of 3 ft long at ~2' 10½" x 4½" diameter. Feels solid and the quality control seems very good. The eyes are smooth and beefy! Seems like a quality finish (enamel?), will stand up to getting beat up in travels or day to day use. Honest review. Used it off the bank in the delta, as for the casting distance it’s great. Haven’t caught anything yet but sure can’t wait. I’d like to share that this rod is strong. For a surf rod compared to my 7’6 medium heavy, this rod feels a lot more durable and higher quality. I can attest to the waterproofing of these pants. I spent all day ice fishing wearing these pants sitting, kneeling, and laying in the snow, and stayed dry the entire time. I'm very impressed with this 9'4" travel surf rod so far. Unfortunately, I haven't been out to the surf yet, but I took it to Lake Mead and caught some small schooling stripers. One of the main reasons I bought this is to take it on flights with me in my suitcase. The rod tube is a nice quality with foam caps on the ends to ensure the rod is safe and secure.
