Very pleased with the FINAL results of the two identical large 2 seater sofas. They were light cream and still quite new (from M&S) l used 9 litres of blue (twice as much as l thought) The blue is a great colour, the photos don't do it justice. The fabric is a dense linen which needed a lot of paint. I bought the paint brush and brush combination pack which were useless, instead I used a short stubby brush to get the paint into all the fibres and then worked it in with a bristle brush which was ...

Started off on the footstool to test it out and get a feel for it. Subsequently went a little too sparing and it could do with a second light coat to rid it of some patches. I am thrilled with Fabricoat! This loveseat is from Designer’s Guild and was a natural linen colour. Our kids and pets totally destroyed it with mud stains, pant hand prints and cat scratches. This paint has given the love seat a whole new lease of life and made the fabric stronger. This was a very, very old chair we had recovered almost 30 years ago. We took a risk knowing the recovered cherry/cranberry color might be too hard to hide and overcome with the fabricoat burnt orange paint. We have some weird splotches, and it still hasn't been a full 7 days of curing yet. I used dark green paint to revitalise my green corduroy Mamas & Papas pram. I didn't take before pics of the hood, but it was very faded and yellowing. The white inside the hood was also yellowing, so I painted that green too. I did one coat of paint on the hood, using the brush bundle. The small brush kept the pile from flattening. I have to say it is THE most fabulous product ever. The pics are a work in progress- doing two massive grey velvet sofas 3m long each! Will take a while! .
