I'm really impressed by the affordability of the Kobra Neo, it's really easy to assemble and takes only a little fine tuning. It's the perfect introductory filament printer and even those who are very experienced would find it a nice and easy machine to use. Well I'm new to 3d printing in resin, and I can safely say that straight out of the box the Anycubic photo M7 Max is a newcomers dream. It does exactly what is say's on the box. its set up took me 1 minute, I set a test print from the USB drive supplied, and it passed with flying colours, as you can see on the photos. The Anycubic Kobra S1 combo arrived well packaged and quickly by one good courier. Unfortunately I couldn’t print too much as the filament had been sent be Evri and it’s always a hit and miss gamble whether they’ll actually deliver at all - they did this time but 3 days late. I was able to source PLA from another supplier but them using Evri puts me off ordering PLA from Anycubic in future. I bought this for my son who is studying engineering. He uses 3D printers at school so he had a little experience. I had Been warned that getting prints right would take a few goes to get things dialed in. This wasn't our experience. So far every print has been a success. I've had a great time with the machine, I'm an experienced printer but even if I wasn't the setup was straightforward, the printer just works and the only learning curve is the software but that's because I'm used to cura. Truly amazing printers that works pretty well out of the box - just 15 minutes or so to complete the minor assembly following very easy abs clear instructions and your ready to print. The printer arrived before scheduled time, which was a surprise. It was meant to be shipped end of Feb middle of March but arrived first week of February. I think the hardest part of setting up the printer was getting it out of the box. Followed the set up on screen and let it do it's thing. I purchased the Anycubic Photon Mono M5s and a wash+Cure station on the early bird offer in the UK. Printer arrived 4 days earlier than the original projection - thanks. I've had my M5S Pro for about 3 weeks now and I have loved every minute of it. I have been using Anycubics ABS like V2 water washable resin and after doing some test prints I have had one model fail out of approximately 150 that I have printed and I added a few extra supports and successfully printed that model again anyway.
