Let me just say waist training it not for the weak. I went a size down not thinking anything of it, but that I wanted to be snatched for my 30th. BABYYYYYYYYYY SNATCHED is the right word for it. Now I'm not going to lie if you like to breathe order your t-shirt size. (As in whatever size you wear.)

I got the biggest size they had and it does roll but I’ll make it work till I lose something in my tummy area, it really snatches but it’s not meant for all day use or hourly use because it rolls down starting from the back, maybe you guys need a 6xl-8xl give us bigger girls a chance to get down to a 5xl or smaller, I’d definitely purchase again if I see results.

I do love it! I have a lot of waist trainers and this is now my new favorite! I love how it keeps me together. It’s comfortable enough for all day wear! But like all others when I bend down or get to moving for a few hours it starts to ride up just a bit. The comfort of it is worth it though and like I said it’s not too big of a deal.

I love it the other belts attach to each other holding them all in place I can adjust to my comfortability.

I really love it. I’m just thinking maybe I needed a bigger size because after I took it off, I had imprints all in my back and cut my back up. I got a 2X but I don’t think I need a 3X but I guess maybe I will try it just to see if it doesn’t cut me up again

It fits perfectly. Any other trainers I use are too tight and hurt or rolls down. I love this so much!
