Fits great as it's long enough to cover and lift my tummy pooch. Feel so confident when I'm in this. Sitting is a bit uncomfortable if you're posture isn't great but it's helping me with that too. Overall, very pleased with this waist trainer.

This is my second waist trainer. The first one I had to buy in a three XL and I lost weight. I bought smaller and they work like a charm. I love wearing them when I’m walking and when I’m doing my normal workout, they definitely pull in the waist.

I have been wearing it everyday since I received it I love it at first I was debating on ordering it but I’m glad I did

So I know i ordered the black one but this one fits me better, it’s my mom’s waist trainer, she’s actually the one who introduced me to sculpt touch. I should’ve upped the size on the black one because it was a little more tighter than the brown one but it still works the same so. I forgot to take pics of me wearing the black one but i’d rate that one a 4 only because i got the wrong size sadly.

It gets you snatched, but you must put in the work. I noticed it right away after being consistent in wearing it regularly and I am down 10lbs.
