I am a recovering addict. I have 12 years of clean time from hard drugs and 5 from alcohol. I am on a journey to praise my temple as I should've been this entire time. To work on myself from the inside out, and truly appreciate seeing in the mirror. I decided to utilize a waist trainer with my new workout routine and lifestyle I'm trying to promote. I never have good luck with waist trainers, mainly because regular waist trainers do not cover your back fat. This covers the entire back and lower stomach as well! I love this vest! It is very fitted and adjustable and it is comfortable to walk in! I walked over 4 miles at the park in it and it was comfortable and I could breathe lol. I give it 20/10 stars! The sizing chart was accurate as well. My only complaint is that I wish the vest full covered and sucked in side bra fat, but overall, best...

So glad I went with my gut and purchased 3 of these! I have been taking these for about a month now and already down 15 pounds with ZERO exercise. I do plan to exercise but ended up twisting my ankle. They do exactly what is advertised! I have however started eating smaller meals and drinking more water also. But imagine if I COULD exercise with them. I’d probably lost even more weight. Definitely worth a try!

I only had mines for 3 days, since I have tried it on I must say, I’m in love again. The only recommendation I have is to size up, I ordered a medium going off the size chart but once I read the reviews I reached out to support before they shipped & they handled it with ease. I was looking for a waist trainer to help me shape up while working out. After reading reviews and watching videos on this waist sculptor, I was sold on trying it! And I’m glad I did! I wear it during and after my workouts. In the picture I have my sweatsuit (bought on Amazon) with my trainer on. I chose a size Medium. I’m about 165lbs. I hope this helps your decision :)

What I loved the most about this was the fact that it’s made for long torsos. This compressed my c section hang so good I was surprised. I’m a US size 16 bottom and a Large top and I got the XL…..I can’t breathe!!!! I can’t keep it on for long hours at a time yet. Can’t wait for it to be broken into. The compression in this is so good. I am amazed. I got mine on sale and it was worth every penny.

For preference I’m 105lbs• 4”11 in ht• tried the DOBREVA size 32 DD it fits perfectly to me. The sisters are in good looking shape even without the underwire.
