I pair this waist trainer with my morning workouts to keep my core engaged and I can definitely feel a different after each and every workout. It has not rolled up on me and it is pretty comfortable for the one or two hours that I wear it.

I thought I purchased the wrong size but I was putting it on wrong. I truly snatch your waist but honestly I'm not comfortable wearing it to work and out to shop. I will most definitely wear it every time I work out. I hope I can still see results that way. I wish it came down further to reach that lower part of my stomach.

Let’s start off by I absolutely love this over any trainer I previous had. So I got a medium at 208lbs because I’ve had large waist trainers from other company’s and they felt big after a few wears. So the first day I couldn’t keep the trainer on longer than 5 minutes, but I was determined to get in to this trainer. However, after wearing it for a week gradually increasing time I’m able to do 8 hours now. The stubborn fat I been trying to loose in my stomach is really starting to cease.
