I was so excited to receive my sculpt touch waist trainer, I’ve gained so much weight in my mid section and was struggling to get it off being at times I’m not the healthiest eater. But I’ve been using my belt for a week now and I’ve already noticed a huge decrease in my stomach and waistline. I love how it gives me that hourglass look, but the three strips that goes on the side in the back had came out of my waist trainer. I’m assuming I had it on too tight but all in all I love the product. Also, I’m not able to wear it anymore without the supports on the sides in the back.

My stomach would have buldged in these pants but with my sculpt waist trainer it makes these pants look 🔥 even my jeans that are normally tight around my stomach looks great I can actually wear them and it's cute vs muffin top lol. If your thinking get one. Only issue is the back fat at the top from your waist being snatched 💅🏾 but that will go away with some arm workouts 💪🏿. I absolutely love this dress. The fabric is incredibly stretchy but still holds everything in, which makes my waist look snatched without feeling tight or uncomfortable. It hugs my curves in the best way and gives such a smooth, elegant silhouette. I wore it to dinner and received so many compliments—people kept asking where I got it.
