I have better posture l. Working as a flight attendant sitting in a jumpseat my back doesn’t hurt as much. I see a difference in my waist line. With the trainer my eating and work out habits my waist beads are getting bigger. I am going to keep wearing it and see the difference in three months. I always seen these online but was skeptical about buying it. I finally decided to buy it. I did but a large it was slightly tight but i loved the look it was giving me. So i ended purchasing another one a week later a xlarge which should be here soon. I love how it snatches everything thing in. I wear a sweat belt and put on my sculpt touch to work out in the gym. I have slight rolling down but i think its cause it needs to be a bigger size. But its still manageable and wearable for me.
