I first ordered this about 3 to 4 years ago. The Instructions stated to wear it for 6 hours for the 1st 30 days, then to maintain it by wearing every day for 30 min. to 1 hour.
It took me 3 days to manage to wear it for 6 hours, when i first started, because My Boday had to get use to it, but afterward about a week, it was a piece o cake.
I lost the the Little stomach to a flat Stomach. It did, exactly what You said it would do!
