Using after surgery on my abdominal walls, this is by far the most comfortable and supportive waste trainer. I am using it for a few different reasons. Medical is another one you can market although it can tuck under the boob area. I have a short torso other than that the design is perfect. Thank you.

It took me all the way down but I am disappointed about the quality after just 2 weeks the metal is coming out the sides and it's shredding already BUT this is the best waist trainer I've ever had being super short and round this has helped so much I will order another I wear it everyday since December 31 2024 and I already need to replace it it's worn out from me wearing it consistently

I finally found a good brace to use to burn some belly fat and to shape my body. I also use it while at work (warehouse) I first got a Medium and it was way too small! Thankfully I was able to exchange for a bigger size, there is a small fee but not a big deal when they let u keep the waist trainer you wanted to exchange in the first place.
I am 5”1 and wear size M/L in shirts I have a bit of stomach/fupa. I mention that so you can get an idea of what size to get yourself. Lastly I bought the XL...
