Our Merach S-19 Cross Trainer bike was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. It did take me almost an hour to unpack all the parts and remove shipping materials, as some sections were very heavy. The assembly instructions booklet was fine although one did have to pay close attention to all the details. Drawings were ok, but some were not the easiest to understand. Product was very well packaged and arrived quickly. It was fairly straightforward to assemble and did not take too much time. It was very intuitive to use. I'm not a big fan of the app. It is a little cumbersome to use and doesn't provide any significant benefit for me. I just set a time and sequence of exercises I want to accomplish. I have seen many ads of this exercise machine on IG as well as videos in the trainers using this. So, I bought the purple color one. I have images but on my cell phone so can't post them from my computer. Anyhow it was fast shipping once ordered and it wasn't real hard putting it together following instructions. I'm enjoying my machine. It seems to have helped my legs and my lower back. I seem to be getting stronger in my butt and upper thighs front and back. I haven't done any upper body work yet but that will be my next adventure. I do mostly jogging and walking. The running is a little intense and causes my legs to be very sore and I'm still on level one. I will be moving up to level two next week for walking and jogging. I work out with weights 3 lb and move my arms like I'm running. No complaints. ...

I absolutely love this machine ive only had it for a week and can no joke see abs taking form. This machine is really good for me because I cant do exercises where I am positioned on the ground be ause of some major lower back issues im facing and thankfully with this device I can tone up my belly and strengthen my core in an upright position that doesn't hurt my back.
