Everything w the machine is great and it works awesome. I changed my mind and wanted to get the better machine. I was told I could return the one I have and pay shipping or get a small refund. I would have sent it back and paid the difference for the better but I’ll just be keeping this one.

I am in love with my new vibration plate. I bought it primarily for lymphatic drainage, but I also love the midday energy boost it provides. The presets are easy to use and I like that you can customize the settings while you’re using it. So far it’s been a great addition to my wellness routine!

Ordered this for our workout area. My wife and I assembled it in 28 minutes! Could have been faster with a better docket set. But easy to do! And works just great.

Great choice for a 61 year old male wanting to exercise in the comforts of my own home home , whenever I want to . Appears to be high quality and a great not to strenuous workout for a man my age .

I was very surprised that the power of this machine I have purchased one before different companyand it was weaker than a wet paper towel. This one is very powerful. I saw results in a few days just with my lymphatic system draining I greatly appreciate the price and this product. Thank you very much.

I’ve only had the product for a few days but I’m obsessed, its really relaxing and helps me de-stress and feels like full body stimming, it can be very relaxing and its so easy to just hop on and get going. Very low effort machine.

Ordered and received within a few days. It was really easy to put together. Very sturdy not cheap feeling. I am happy with my purchase. It really works, and there are different exercises that you can do for things other than your abs.

I'm not sure what changes I'm supposed to see, but so far I feel better when I use it often and for at least 10 minutes each time. The machine itself is powerful and solid.

I originally got the CV 30 vibration plate but then I switched it out for this one The CV 40 which is a lot better and a lot stronger vibration very happy with it! 😊

I'm really enjoying my R28 rowing machine. Before purchasing, I completed a lot of research and the Merach provides exactly what I need. The rower comes mostly pre-assembled with great instructions provided through videos available on YouTube. I also subscribed for the Merach Pro Series workouts which have been very helpful. I'm getting great rowing workouts in while having the ability to easily store my rower when not in use. Thank you <3

The set-up (despite the Chinese STILL having trouble with the English language) was fairly straight forward. As far as using the machine - This is going to prove to be one of the best pieces I've used ESPECIALLY considering the number of resistance levels and the extremely reasonable price!! I'm looking forward to see the results pretty soon!!

I'm very happy with the construction and usability of this machine. It put together very easily and has a variety of exercises that can be easily done when you have a few spare minutes. For the price, I have never found a better abdominal exercise machine

This machine is great! The first few days were a challenge. Two weeks in and I can easily do reps of 25. I have increased the setting and I definitely see the results in my 54 year old core. My teenage boys are also getting in the action.

This machine was easy to put together and even easier to use. The next day I felt like I had done 1000 push ups! Can't wait to see the long term effects!

I’m 64, somewhat active. Such a simple machine but offers strength training I need. Get on and work 5 minutes or so in the morning. Helps my aching muscles wake up and ready for my day.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. I received it in three day's and used it the day I received it. Within the second day I slept better at night with less leg pain, I can only imagine what other benefits I'm going to discover with a regular routine of using my CV 40 Curved 440 Vibration Plare. Loving it!!!

The advertisement that I saw is what sold me. There was a lady that literally tried 4 or 5 different ones on the video and I picked the one that appeared to have the strongest speed. I love my new machine, It does exactly what it said it would do. I have only been able to tolerate the 2 so far. I would wholeheartedly recommend this equipment to anyone.

I have really enjoyed my vibration plate. I have found many exercise routines on YouTube that I have utilized. I've only had it for three weeks so we'll see how things progress I'm hopeful!

This is my 2nd vibration plate need one in different parts of the house 😜 My 2st vibration plate was a life pro good but lacks the features that this one has. Happy customer. I like the wrist band control

This is a great machine. If you are thinking about a treadmill, this is the compact machine you need. The app is easy to use and will even set you up with custom walking programs and daily workouts to keep thing interesting.

Love the low impact workout but can also get your heart rate going. I did end up with 2 extra bolts that instructions say go on foot supports but they only have 2 holes.

Assembly was quite easy and the video to assemble is perfect. I had a smll issue with my assebly (totally my fault) and customer services was awesome at handling my issues and giving step by step instruction to resolve what I had done. Now it's assembled and I love it. Recovering from rotator cuff surgery and trying to prevent surgery on other shoulder. This machine is perfect and strong enough for my husband to use also.

I really like this machine alot. Easy to use. I have low back issues and some stomach fat and I got use to using this within days. Im hoping it helps strengthen my back and stomach muscles.

This was super easy to assemble! I was surprised at how simple the machine is, and was able to use it more efficiently than anticipated, which gives me confidence and motivation!

The machine is a great workout. I wish there were workout videos in the app using the full motion rower, I have been using another app for my workouts so I could learn how to use proper technique, but I can’t track my workouts. I also reached out to customer service via phone the day I assembled my rower because there was a part missing, and I still haven’t received it.

Shipping was amazing, we order the merch ab exercise machine in August and literally arrived within about two weeks and no damage to the box. Highly recommend the shipping protection and also gives updates on your package!!

this is fantastic! i love that it's challenging, but also has an easier level that my elderly aunt can use, and also love the strings that hook up on the side for extra workout, The machine is really great quality and was packaged for shipping with great care!

I just love the bike. Use itv3 or 4 times a week. Helps with my neuropathy in my legs. Don't have to get dressed for the gym any more! Great product.

48 years old, 4’10” 140 lb woman in perimenopause - over the last 4 years, I have gained 20lbs. Easy on impossible off. This machine is easy, as long as you get on it. By easy I mean, it slides well it’s not impossible. But the burn is there and the push through is on you. But wow I love it. For the first time in 4 years I feel a little hope that the aging process can slow down a little.

I really like this. I was definitely feeling muscles I forgot I even had. Lol But then I had to have eye surgery so I cannot get back to it for a month. I will edit this review when I get back to using it.

Love this machine you can do sooo many different things with it. Things i never thought of. There’s a ton of videos online. It came in two days and I felt my abs sore after one use!

The rowing machine arrived sooner than expected. Simple instructions made it easy to assemble. An erg workout can be as strenuous as you want, but for me it's the most relaxing workout I've ever done. Great product!
