I didn’t know what to expect. I have lower leg neuropathy, and After using this every day for a week, I feel less cramping and fatigue in my legs. I’ll admit the first time I got on it. I felt a little vertigo but once I focused on nothing but the wall I got used to it and now will stand for 15 to 20 minutes without problems. I love this walking pad. I am 6' tall and was worried it would be too small, but it turned out to be perfect for my needs. It is so convenient to just lift it up and prop it out of the way when I am done. I have yet to go faster than a trot or a slow jog, so I am not sure if you can full-on run on it. It definitely works you but this specific machine isn’t on the Merach app. So I scoured the internet to find different workouts.
