Thankfully, nothing seemed damaged; hope in the box and was initially delivered upside down! This is the third plate I ordered. I returned the first two I ordered because not only was the box rough, but both plates (different brand, by the way) had a broken wheel. I returned it, and the subsequent replacement that had the same issue. Ordered this Merach brand instead. PLEASE, stop using FED EX! They did the delivery for all three.

I honestly do love it and it makes working out so much more obtainable. It definitely works you but this specific machine isn’t on the Merach app. So I scoured the internet to find different workouts.
