The bike was fairly easy to put together. Very well packed so no damage and arrived faster than I thought it would. It is lightweight and easy to move but is sturdy and able to manage my current weight. I have knee issues and I can honestly say that sometimes just the movement eases the issues a little with no pressure on my knees. The seat handle does not really stay locked but I think I just hit it with my leg. However, while sitting on it the seat does not move when that happens.

I do enjoy the vibration plate although I had an issue with opening the remote. It was very difficult and I mean very difficult that will be my only issue I had was the machine once I was found able to get it open, which took two people to do. The machine works wonders.

Was easy to put together, and as a beginner, I started off on the lowest setting, and I already felt the burn from top to bottom of abdomen, and arms were also sore from the attached weight ropes.

I don’t feel like this should be used as a weight loss tool, but if you suffer from swollen feet or joint stiffness in the mornings this vibration plate is a game changer. I walk a LOT and as I get older my knees and ankles feel it. It takes a few minutes in the morning for things to loosen up - but Using this plate daily has made a huge difference. No more cracking ankles and still knees when I get out of bed. Big difference in the number of days per week my feet are swollen as well.

The handyman put it together and it took a lot longer than the video but all is well except the heart rate. I haven’t dealt with customer service on that issue yet. It’s comfortable and thus far gives me a good workout. I’m old and a bit infirm atm but there’s room for increasing the workout intensity. If you’re younger you might want to go up to the next level bike - still an s19 but ok for taller people and I think more intensity. Customer service is very helpful so check with them.

But, now, I look forward to getting on the Vibration Plate at least once a day. It has helped the swelling in my legs go down. I feel more energy in my legs. And one of the best "changes" is that I can now get down on my knees to reach lower shelves and I can get up right away without the pain and having to grab on to several things to slowly get myself back up on my feet.
