I recently used the AXILTrackr to duck hunt and took them off before going in the water to retrieve the duck I have been targeting for 10 years. The headphones allowed me to hear the duck coming into our spread. The customer service was absolutely stellar! I had a manufactures defect, only used once, and the rubber button cover fell off. I thought the warranty was going to make me pay $25 since it was past the thirty days. Disappointed but sent an email. Low and behold the customer service department reached out within hours, and the next day again, I think they where as upset as i was about the defect. Axil is always a part of my day! Working as a landscaper, I am brutal on all my gear. Love the fit. I have pretty big ear canals so having the options in tip sizes is a must. Works really well in a noisy environment and a quiet one. Don’t even have to pull them out all day (12hrs). Just turn “sound on” and boom I can hear people talking again. Nice to not have to keep track of typical foam ear plugs.
