One week in and what a difference im feeling. I'm 70 and in good health. My energy level has kicked up considerably. My stress levels, due to work have diminished. Seems my prostate has quieted as I'm not waking to pee. And as for sleep, much better. And soon, I'll see if it has any impact on the libido. Hoping so.

I was a little skeptical about trying this product, I'm 67 work out 6 times per week so I require good nutrition, which I keep up on..
So I ordered a 3 months supply.
Been taking about 2 weeks now and have increase in stamina and energy!!

The mineral replacement from shilajit has been beneficial. From the first time taking it there was improved energy but more important as on e two and three months passed my A1C for type two diabetes improved from 8.7 to 5.8. I have recommended to friends and they have all said that they feel something the first day. Pounds of weight are coming off. My emotions are under control too due to the effect of lowering cortisol.

Took about two weeks to arrive. Takes about 1 minute to fully dissolve in water warmed in the microwave for a minute. I've noticed a an increase in energy within 30 minutes of drinking. I'll keep using it and see what else it does more long term.

Vasu Shilajit has certainly helped maintain my mood, stamina & performance; all things affected by hormone levels.
