I saw these videos about Himalayan shilajit and the health benefits from using it I didn’t buy it right away. I’m skeptical. I think everything that the supplement is most likely snake oil. If it sounds too good to be true I narrowed it down after three months of researching to three different brands. I ordered each brand out of those brands.
