The Bottle itself is amazing. They etched a photo we gave them right on it and it looks wonderful! I would recommend a better lid but overall it is 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous book, delivery time was really quick and there is easy quick communication with the business. We were so happy with the product. This is the Jarrah colour.
The only hiccup we had was when guests pasted in Polaroids pics the book became too thick for the rings and they split apart. So if pasting anything in, you need to source larger rings.

Literally couldn’t be happier with it, quality is amazing, print and text isn’t the most visible unless in certain lighting but I think it gives it a sleek and high quality look. 3 buttons to close is nice, feels very secure and well made. Recommend if you’re considering this

We purchased the servicing tray as a gift for friends in NZ. Their son was in hospital after a very serious mountain biking accident, so their relative brought the parcel over for them when it arrived. They unwrapped it while we were on a video call with them. Everything about it was perfect - the packaging, the gift wrapping, the card & of course the beautiful serving tray. It turned out exactly as we had hoped & we couldn't be more happy with our choice.

This is our second order we placed for custom drinkware. The process was super smooth. We requested a proof, reviewed it to ensure we were satisfied with the text and positioning, and then proceeded with our order. We received the delivery in less than a week, even during the busy Christmas season. Without a doubt, we plan to order again!

I'm so thrilled with this gift and 100% recommend requesting to view the design because I was able to chat with the designer to improve my initial idea.
It was wrapped beautifully (as I requested gift wrapping) and my friwnds have said that it was the most thoughtful gift they received to celebrate their big milestone. I usually hate giving gufts cause I suck at it, but this was a winner!

The box and laser printing was amazing, my friend was blown away. With the packaging, some left white marks on the black leather that might bother some people, it’s Christmas overseas delivery so some delays are expected. Overall brilliant.

My first order arrived safely nothing broken, everything perfect except that on the glasses the first letter of the name was faded so that Zach looked like Lach. I wrote to the company and had an immediate response from the co-owner who replaced the glasses the very next day. They arrived in perfect condition.
I then ordered a different style (for a wedding rather than a 21st) and it arrived unbroken and beautiful!
I was impressed at that personal communication from the owner and would fully re...
