Ordering through this website was good. Their customer service was quick to respond and worked with me to get my logo and custom design to the standard that they needed to ensure that it was not pixelated. I would definitely order from this website again. The product itself seems high-quality and the person who received it liked it as well.

This was the first time I had dealt with Yoonek Gifts and I have to say what an impressive company they are. The engraved wine glasses I ordered were excellent in both the quality of the engraving and the glasses themselves. Even the packaging is excellent.
Unfortunately this turned out to be their second go though, through no fault of theirs.
After turning around my order quickly, Aus Post managed to lose the delivery. Once I informed Yoonek they checked with Aus Post, had it confirmed they w...

I am so pleased with my order (a Christmas gift for my Grandma)! The glass itself is great quality (it’s relatively heavy and solid) and the engraving is beautifully done. It arrived in the mail very well wrapped in protective material so there’s no chance it could have broken in transit.
My grandma will love it, thanks so much!

Then we can also use it for every wedding anniversary!
