Yoonek Gifts ReviewsSee store reviews

Hello, I originally ordered another style of whiskey decanter and glasses submitted the order then realized my mistake, Hailey, was absolutely amazing! She tracked down my original order, changed it to the decanter and glasses I wanted, made sure the graphics were correct, the customer service was way beyond what I was expecting!! Hailey also tracked down a wooden display box that I requested had it engraved as well. Yoonek is a great company to deal with, with obvious wonderful people! I don't ...

Perfect gift! Great value for money, looks beautiful and shipped quickly. Directions for wording and placement were followed exactly and had no issues including the logo in the centre. The face of the box is made of perspex, not glass like I was expecting, however this does not take away from the overall look of the product. I was buying two gift boxes, with 2 x glasses and 2 x coasters in each for my twin nephews 21st Birthday. Customer Service: Excellent. From beginning to end, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Assisted me with the initial selections, made further suggestions and provided artwork for me to approve. Product: Brilliant. My nephews were both very surprised and happy with their gifts. Loved the coasters and the glasses. A wonderful job with the foam insert as they didn't have the bottle to ...

The personalised Army crate whiskey decanter set was such a hit as a 20-year work service gift for my partner. The order process was very smooth, and Dom (the Graphic Designer) was very helpful and supportive with his ideas on fonts and designs. He did an incredible job and was very efficient. As soon as the design was confirmed, the order was sent through for production and I received my package days later! What an incredible service! The quality of the crate and glassware is of a high s...
