My 21 year niece passed away in 2019. I saw this and had to order one with her photo. My expectation wasn’t very high but I wanted to order to see the results. The keychain is absolutely gorgeous. The picture looks exactly the same as the photo I sent. I have now placed an order for a necklace. You will not be disappointed with this item.

I would have to say I love it they did amazing work on a photo what wasn't the greatest it was one of the last pictures of my son when he was alive and the necklace is for my grandson when he gets older when I put the order in I sent a email said the picture was not that great and they responded back and said they will do there best to fix it up I'm very happy with it
