The product arrived exactly like the pictures. At first, I was skeptical, but I hopped on the Black Friday deal and I’m so glad I did. These made a great set of first fans and they are full as possible for the value. 10/10 recommend. The color was distributed well in the feathers, they are attached professionally, and arrived in perfect condition.

The responding and the delivery was really good. The ends of the fans were a bit thin but I did order 4 and needed them by a specific time so I do understand that could have contributed to the selection of feathers. Just added one more smaller feather in between each stave to create a fuller look in the tips. Overall happy with experience

The feathers are fantastic! The shipping leaves something to be desired. (Ended up at a UPS spot in a CVS -didn't know that existed- with NO notice to me at all that delivery was attempted). I tracked it because delivery was so late, and there it was..scheduled to go back to you.

Great, beautiful product. Did not appreciate the packaging as the fathers got stuck to the sticky tape on top of the packaging box. Had to rip the feathers away from the scotch tape. Would recommend a more gentle packaging option.

I love the purchase but please make shipping clearer. I paid extra for "2 day shipping" and it ended being longer. I called you and was told that there was no delay and that the time it took to arrive was normal for UPS. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took for the money I paid. Please don't say 2 day shipping if it's not the reality.

The boas are absolutely gorgeous!!!!! Beautiful. I ordered an 18 ply in Forest green and four smaller ply in aqua and they are all absolutely gorgeous. Very full and lush and so far no shedding. The only negative thing about the experience has nothing to do with fancy feathers. It has to do with the international shipping up to Canada. CBSA did charge a 200 SIMA charge to my feather boas as well as a 350 customs and duties charge. So 550 on top of the product charge. I would love to order again ...
