I have so many skin tags. Sun spots as well. This machine really works. I was a bit worried at first because the tags I removed left dark blackened even a bit red around each one. All across my neck and chest. Took about 7days to look normal. But when they fell off no marks now I am going to remove some more. I did about 15 different sizes. I've had my Dermavel for about 10 days. I tried this on two warts and on two raised light colored moles to see what would happen. Moles: one relatively painless treatment using settings suggested in the manual resulted in a scab on each mole. After about 5 days the scabs came off and the raised moles were gone! I am very happy with the pen. Has it 4 days and taking things conservatively. Skin tags and actinic keratosis spots. Skin burns and sheds off cleanly. Very glad to have it. I had MOHS surgery on my leg and use the ointment I used for that procedure. Very satisfied.

I purchased this as I have many moles, skin tags, etc. (see photo) and I wanted to burn them off without having to continue to go to the dermatologist. I used the medium needle to burn off about 10 moles at levels 4-5, following the guidelines outlined in the instruction booklet. It was a bit more painful than was expected, the moles have scabbed up as and none have fallen off yet- it will be interesting to see if this works and if the moles do come off as expected!

It's taken me a while to figure out what setting to use for the different kinds of spots. The fourth try on this tiny dark spot finally took care of it. I feel like there should be more video instructions for the different kinds of uses.
