Ok Dermavel, you got me. I bought this because of the reviews suggesting it gets rid of skin tags super easy. I don't believe hardly anything I read but I had one that's been bothering me for more than a year. As a guy, I wouldn't usually buy what I'd call a beauty product but this one imperfection seemed personally fixable but I didn't quite know how until I seen your well placed facebook ad... so I went for it.

So far so good. I got rid of several little red spots, several skin tags and a couple flatter moles, as well as a few age spots. I'm still waiting for the scars to fully heal but it looks like clear skin underneath. I have more to do. One mole will probably need a few passes with the device. But it really does work like a charm. I should have taken before and after pictures. This is MUCH cheaper than going to the dermatologist.

I bought this device specifically to remove cherry angiomas. It works great for small angiomas! The larger, raised angiomas tend to bleed a lot and will take several treatments to eliminate.
I tried it on a few freckles and small, flat non-raised moles and it works like a charm.

I think this is going to be a great product once I get brave enough to really use it. The dermatologist is my most feared doctor visit and anxiety courses through my every fiber. But, I zapped a few spots with trepidation and discovered it’s not too bad and one spot did really well.
I am a little confused about the needle sizes and which are which. What are the little copper colored ones for? I’ll study them some more and stay brave to get the most from the product.
