Great experience, ordered mid-afternoon on a Monday and delivered by Tuesday midday (paid for the special delivery option). The device I ordered was "pristine" condition, and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. Some of the plastic film was even still on the edges from the factory. Sensible packaging, great comms via email and overall great value. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Great phone, really happy with my purchase. Delivery was supper fast, only took 2 days to deliver to Portugal. My only comment would be regarding the packaging, very minimal to say the least, no bubble wrap or similar just a cardboard envelope inside a plastic bag!

Whole experience from searching online, finding Handtec, seeing what a great vale mobile device was for sale, description very accurate said good when in fact the mobile device was superb as new. Absolute rip off of a company. They sent a device that was clearly damaged and are trying to blame me for it. I have been told they will not refund. Bought an "Excellent" condition refurbished iPhone, however, the microphone, speaker and charging port holes are nearly all completely blocked with dirt. There is also quite a large chip on the front edge to the left side of the screen. Not happy with the condition of the phone!

My only frustration although out of the sellers hands, was that I didn't receive the item next day, three days after ordering in fact because Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office.
