Despite some initial reservations about buying a refurbished phone I have been really happy with my purchase. The phone seems as good as new and albeit at half the price and has all the features I need. The iPhone XS is a great phone and buying refurbished is a sensible way to keep the cost of ownership at a reasonable level.

Good experience. I was skeptics about buying a second hand phone from a site like this but called them to ask about the battery. They said if any battery was less than 85% they’d have already replaced it. There are genuine humans on the end of the phone and not just an outsourced call centre. I ordered a B grade but it looked almost immaculate when it arrived. Very happy.

This is the second phone I have bought from here, both for really great prices and both in really good condition. The latest was marked as good condition but other than a couple of scratches, which I'm sure I could do within a couple of months if I had bought it new, I am more than happy with the condition and performance of this phone.
