Customer service was great! I selected 1-3 day shipping and received my order 2 days later despite the notice of possibly long processing times. They took note of my requests for the engraving and I love the way it turned out. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t able to select the size of the font and I would’ve like for the date to be the same size as the rest of the engraving. It would also be amazing if you could see what your message would look like in all of the different fonts!

It fit great, and my fiance loved it. It also shipped out that day and arrived the day after purchasing, which is incredibly rare and a welcome surprise for something with a custom engraving.
I will say, however, that the engraving on the black ring will be faint as the text is also black. It was a little hard to see, but he kind of loved that it was not as obvious and was like a hidden message from me to him. So it does depend on preference and taste.

Looks great - bought to match a necklace already purchased last year, (worn 24/7/365, no issues). Nice and solid, kinda quality clip to secure bracelet together, but found it to be loose and wouldn't clip securely causing bracelet to fall off whenever caught in clothing, surfaces etc. A small electronics soft-jaw vice and a little mallet to give the catch a bit of a bend made it clip securely again.
