I waited until i wore it for a few weeks before reviewing. This thing is solid and beautiful. Engraving was exactly as shown in the ordering mockup, and the included chain is really high quality. I wished they offered more options for engraving as i would want a full sized cross on one side and my medical info on the other, but seriously this thing is 10/10 for quality.

I ordered this bracelet for my son, and he absolutely loves it. The 9mm width is a little thicker than what he normally wears, but he actually likes the bolder look. One of his favorite features is that the engraving is on the inside of the bracelet. He likes that it's personal and meaningful while still being discreet, you can't see it unless you take the bracelet off. The bracelet is well made, comfortable to wear, and we're very happy with this purchase.

Then the following day, I received an email for 25% off sitewide for Canada Day. When I inquired about it, I was told I couldn't receive the discount. If it said sitewide, I should have been able to obtain the 25% discount. I was not happy.
I'm not sure I would order again if this is your customer service.

I haven’t received his ashes yet, so it’s not complete without them. The quality is very nice, it’s a dainty piece like I was hoping it would be. If I had to say anything that could improve it, it would be that I wish the actual bracelet was a bit longer so it wasn’t necessary to use so much of the extension part. Wish you had varying lengths someone could choose from.
