This is easy to take whenever and wherever you are and need a boost. This doesn’t give the same effect as a pre-workout. There is no immediate buzzed feeling, no heart racing - at least not for me. What it gives is a steady build of focus, the energy effect isn’t a burst, but I recognize it and I love this.

This product is fantastic! I can not do pre workouts they are just too sweet and make me feel horrible. This, although sweet from the honey, easy to swallow and be done. Lions Mane keeps me focused all day long! Will purchase again for sure!

Works amazing both when Playing pickleball and hiking. As a kid I put straight honey in a small bottle but this packaging for Rone is easy and convenient. The added ingredients give you the boost you need.

Great for the 2/5 times I’ve taken it so far. Nice energized feeling with no jitters. One thing to keep in mind is make sure you take the whole pack quickly because honey will start dripping out if you don’t!

Had a few leak and there very sticky when that happens. Not sure witch ones leaked. Love the product. I use them before a workout and on a long day to get thru.

Trying to get back in shape for an 18 mile mountain run in June. 4 miles in to a 7 mile run, took the honey/caffeine packet. It kicked in a few minutes down the road and gave me the boost I needed for the rest of the run!

I try to keep things as natural as possible so the honey based energy packets work great for my training and running! I use one caffeinated packet after work in the afternoon before training runs and use a combination of the caffeinated and non caffeinated packs every 30 to 45 minutes during weekend long runs and races. Love the taste! Easy on my stomach, and keep me energized and going strong💪!

I was looking for something that I could use for fuel while running. I love that they honey has caffeine and is easy to take while literally on the move. I have had no digestive issues.

Some times the packs are a little sticky but not leaking. I use this product to help with energy from cancer drugs that make me tired. I appreciate the help. Dean

Stuff is great,, I usually have one before working out for some extra energy. It's very convenient having them in single shots you can take and throw away the wrapper.

I’m nearly 40. Have been searching for clean pre-workout options and I'm glad I found this product. I take my honey an hour before the end of a workday and I have consistent energy, without any jitters, until after a workout and dinner. Works great for my routine. Love the healthy quick energy boost I take mine at work and can't record or snap photos. Sorry for that part I do however praise this product as it has taken my energy needs in a completely different direction and I no longer even purchase my energy drinks for work anymore bc I don't have the desire to go back to inferior energy .

Packaging needs some work. There was sticky residue all over the box. One of th3 corners from the bottles was damaged but not punctured. Taste is great and I feel the results. It's been about 2 weeks and I add it almost everything.

Was looking for a better form of pre-workout fuel. Wanted to get away from the powders that were making feel jittery and not getting sustained energy during my workouts. I have tried RONE and has fulfilled all of my wants in a pre-workout. Sustained energy, no jittery feeling and easy to use. Rip it open and try it, you will not be disappointed.

I am 78 years old and my wife, Jill, is 74. We have been using this great product for about a year and it literally has changed our tennis and pickleball activities.
