Rome is a good way to get that little kick for your workout or to push through tiredness. You have to make sure you mush the package really good or it will taste bitter, not so pleasant. I make sure I have a drink to wash it down.

I just ran a 6 hour race and used these for the first time. They gave me energy before and during my race. No jittery feelings and a clean taste. The only complaint is the gritty texture. But I liked the way these worked and made me feel, that I can get over the grittyness and buy more.
