My first purchase was the regular strength and that was strong enough. However, six months later, tolerances changed and I thought a stronger strength might be needed. Within days, the extra strength option became available. Perfect!
If you’re a novice or a micro doser, splitting it into two or four doses works well. But if you’re developing a tolerance, like I did, I found that these put me back to the same easy path to a good night’s sleep

The At Night gummies are mild with a single cube. I'm usually resistant to any sleep aids, however the single dose allowed me to drift off easily and stay asleep.
