The At Night gummies are mild with a single cube. I'm usually resistant to any sleep aids, however the single dose allowed me to drift off easily and stay asleep. I'm at the age that an enlarged prostate can cause you to get up numerous times each night. I find myself not having to that as much. The lets Go gummies are nice lift after a afternoon heavy meal. Love the Calm Down gummies! Great taste! Helped with my anxiety in large social gatherings. My only critique is that I’d like the packaging to be different because my hands get sticky, which is triggering my sensory issues. I get that it needs to be resealable for freshness, but maybe it can be more like a Pez dispenser to keep my hands from getting sticky.
