My experience with Dennis Did It was one of the most frustrating and disappointing e-commerce interactions I’ve ever had. I ordered an item that was never delivered, and when I followed up, the company initially blamed Australia Post for the issue. However, after contacting Australia Post myself, I was informed that the package had been labelled incorrectly by Dennis Did It.
Even with this clear evidence, Dennis Did It was reluctant to acknowledge their mistake and took no meaningful action to resolve the issue. It took multiple emails, escalating frustration, and mentioning the ACCC before they finally issued a refund for the item and postage. This entire process felt unnecessarily adversarial and unprofessional.
The lack of accountability, dismissive customer service, and the time wasted resolving this situation were completely unacceptable. If I hadn’t been persistent, I doubt the issue would have been resolved at all. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and look elsewhere for reliable service.
